It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access the national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations, and staff trained in autism. The Communications & Partnerships team drives strategic communications and cultivates strong partnerships with key stakeholders to further the school’s mission. As a Senior Executive, Communications & Partnerships , your impact and contributions include: Driving engagement with the organisation’s key stakeholders through compelling communications, particularly in digital and social media, and expanding the organisation’s brand presence and reach. Responsibilities: Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance the organisation's brand and narrative with external and internal stakeholders. Craft compelling and engaging content, including media materials, speeches, and multimedia materials for owned and earned media. Assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining key touchpoints to cultivate and deepen relationships with key partners, including overseeing and coordinating corporate volunteer management programmes and school visits. Assist in planning, organising, and executing key events and materials to ensure seamless brand representation and messaging. Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including presentations, photos, and videos. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, partner engagement, and/or events. Strong command of English (both spoken and written). Strong technical skills and experience with online and social media platforms, as well as content creation tools (e.g., design, photo, and video editing). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various management levels. Flexibility and openness to changing priorities and challenges.
