Singapore Joy Music Studio (Marine Parade) Full time

Since 2013, Joy Music Studio is an established music school in Marine Parade offering a variety of instrument choices and professionally equipped studios, we are known for our enthusiastic teachers and customized approach for learners.

We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Studio Coordinater/Customer Care Specialist (Part Time/Full-Time) to join our joyful team at our Marine Parade location.

Role & Responsibilities:

Commitment

  • Available to work on Saturday/Sundays and weekday afternoons/evenings plus special events when required

Customer Care

  • Coordinate between the school, parents, students, and teachers effectively
  • Respond effectively to enquiries (walk-in customers, online, email, phone) and proactively manage customer leads to encourage trial sign-ups
  • Nurture lead funnels, arrange for trial lessons, and sign-up new students

Studio Coordinator

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and administration tasks
  • Organize systems used for scheduling, customer management, invoicing
  • Prepare and send student invoices accurately and on-time (monthly)
  • Manage book orders and inventory, maintain studio equipment

Events and Projects

  • Coordinate activities such as concerts, workshops, camps, programs
  • Support marketing/promotion activities
  • Take photos and videos at events
  • Create online posts, videos, posters and flyers using Canva

Create a friendly, positive, and professional environment within the school

  • Greet students/parents and create a warm, welcoming environment
  • Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students
  • Assist with training/orientation new team members
