Singapore Pacific Life Re Full time

Works as part of the Pricing team, providing support to senior actuarial colleagues across a range of Pricing activities to help win and maintain profitable business.
Role Responsibilities
Supports senior actuarial colleagues with quote work by processing, analyzing, interpreting data, conducting research, understanding the task context, and making recommendations.
Documents relevant considerations, including in pricing papers, demonstrating thought processes under senior guidance.
Assists in experience reviews for in-force treaty reviews, including data collation, analysis, and documentation of results.
Suggests and supports process, tools, model, and documentation improvements within the Pricing team, including challenging current practices.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates within the team.
Develops internal relationships within and across teams.
Maintains a good understanding of the markets in which the business operates.
Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in (re)insurance, with significant Pricing or Valuation experience.
Studying for actuarial exams and progressing towards fellowship of a professional actuarial body.
Experience with Prophet, MoSes, Tyche, or similar modelling platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks on time.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in Actuarial and non-Actuarial teams.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
