Business Analyst

The position of Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business stakeholders in defining reporting and dashboard requirements.

A key responsibility of the Business Analyst is to collect, analyze, and document business requirements across sites. This involves translating business needs into clear concepts for ERP and BI solutions. Additionally, the Business Analyst will support process standardization and harmonization across three sites, organize and deliver training sessions and workshops for proAlpha and QlikSense users, and coach and support end-users to improve system adoption and competence.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in requirements engineering and process optimization. They will also be able to serve as a regional point of contact for ERP- and BI-related questions. Furthermore, the Business Analyst will ensure data quality, consistency, and effective use of BI solutions across sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with ERP systems (ideally proAlpha) and BI solutions (preferably QlikSense)
