**ERP Specialist**

**Salary: SGD2,400 - SGD2,600**

The Company is the first wholesaler and retailer of alternative gourmet, organic, allergen and preservative free specialty foods in Singapore. Products and services offered include full comprehensive range of organic meat (beef, lamb and chicken), full comprehensive range of free-range meat (beef, lamb, pork and game meat), value added meat products alongside gluten-free pastries, superfood, sauces and condiments.

The company provides a broad range of food services, from customization of small goods like sausages, meat patties, meatballs, meat platters and meat marination, to comprehensive development of gluten free menus for acclaimed restaurants and hotels in Singapore. We currently supply to shops, cafes, restaurants, and hotels throughout Singapore.

Our client is a fast-growing company who is always on the lookout for like-minded talents to help drive the company forward to be the supplier of choice in Singapore and in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
- Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
- Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.
- Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
- Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

**ERP Specialist Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.
- At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
