ERP Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and workshops to gather requirements and provide training.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in ERP system implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
