**CRT Insights Technologies Pte. Ltd. **is the Singapore branch of CRT Insights Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, an established IT consultancy firm that provides technological solutions and expert consultation on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) implementations to mid-market businesses in the region.

**We are seeking a talented and experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our team.**:
As a Functional Consultant, you will provide leadership and serve as a functional expert representative between teams and clients to achieve excellence in all areas of business for the company. You will also champion change and effectively manage the full implementation lifecycle of software system projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and conduct customer’s company business process analysis
- Provide mapping requirements with software solutions
- Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations
- Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated business process flows
- Prepare training material and conduct training for system to customer
- System testing on customization by technical team against customer request as per document
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisors
- Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing
- Research and testing on new system, newer version and new functionality
- Manage customer relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide project parallel and live run support
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
- Prepare project finalize documentation
- On site system installation and configuration of system
- Support Clients and their Users
- Achieve project timelines with utmost compliance
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
- Provide support to Sales & Marketing in presales activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**You should be**:
A fast starter who shows drive and initiative to lead successful projects with a determination and strong sense of urgency in fulfilling project timelines.

You should be an excellent communicator in English, and ideally a second language, to lead client-facing discussions, with demonstrated knowledge in Information Technology, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics or Acumatica ERP systems.

Having a degree in an IT-related field is advantageous, but not necessary. We value team-players who understand synergy and cohesion, who look forward to building a collaborative & conducive environment to grow together.
