Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365 Business Central) to join our team. You'll work on end-to-end ERP projects and participate in broader digital transformation initiatives involving AI, RPA, IoT, and Custom Software.
You Will
Drive ERP discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and solution architects.
Help clients achieve real business outcomes—not just system go-lives.
Lead or contribute to full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
Facilitate requirements workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
Configure core modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, etc.
Prepare functional specifications and detailed process documentation.
Collaborate with the technical team on customisations and integrations.
Manage testing, user training, and go-live support.
Provide post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement services.
Work with cross-functional teams on AI-powered solutions, Process Automation/RPA, Custom Portals & Mobile Apps, IoT & Digital Twin Platforms, and Advanced Analytics & BI.
Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor, not just a transactional consultant.
What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of proven ERP functional consulting experience, with a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations or strong core system knowledge as a power user.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential).
Excellent understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, Services).
Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions.
Strong functional documentation and communication skills.
Client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Interest in expanding skills into AI, Automation, IoT, and Custom Business Solutions.
Experience across multiple industries is an advantage.
Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
