**1. Implementation**a. Planning of deployment strategy with Project Manager b. Advising on deployment technical issues and Netsuite Methodology c. Business Process Understanding, Gathering & Mapping to NetSuite d. General Accounting Setup e. Bank & Finance Management f. Product & Pricing Management g. Relationship Management h. Inventory Management i. Procure to Pay Management j. Order To Cash Management k. SFA Management l. Manufacturing Module m. Marketing Management n. Customer Support Management o. Roles & Permission Setup p. Data Migration Setup q. Other Advanced Modules [e.g. EBP, Adv Manuf, ARM, Issue Mang etc] r. Taking Sign Off of BRD from client s. Perform: a. Internal UAT for Projects & Prepare Training Manuals, b. Business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades and c. Assist with regression testing of NetSuite Strong experience creating i. workflows, ii. saved searches, and iii. Dashboards

**2. User Training**a. Setting Training Goals b. Assessing End User Needs c. Training Delivery Method & Sharing Training Plan and Material with Client d. Creating a End User Training Document e. Getting approval of End User Training schedule from client f. Make Training Scalable

**3. Certifications**a. Netsuite Basic Certification (Suite Fdn) b. Netsuite ERP Consultant Certification c. Advanced Modules Certifications [Optional till 2021][MB,ARM etc] d. Any other certifications required

**4. PreSales**a. Support the Pre-sales team as per their request. b. Note: Assigned Projects will be the priority

**5. Liaising with Project Manager**a. Discuss and suggest the changes in Project Plan [initially and/or in the course of implementation] b. Raising Change Request Point to PM

c. Updating PM weekly about the Progress d. Improvement in Documentation (BRD, Sign Off, etc.)

**6. Peer to Peer**a. Personality b. Communications c. Sharing/Transferring Knowledge e. Peer Review f. Senior/Superior Review g. Subordinate Review h. Office Review

**7. Miscellaneous**a. work closely with and support the client through onboarding, providing end-user support and recommending best practices b. assist both the NetSuite team & executive leadership c. work together to solve functional issues and gather requirements with Project Managers d. execute approved BRDs from start to end e. Provide on-going post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configurations catered towards the business model as per BRD and approved change requests according to Project Plan f. Assign Non-client facing tasks to Jr. FCs g. Completing time entries h. Sessions of New Features Learning, Advanced features & Modules & Sharing with the Team i. Maintain excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
