ERP System Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP system implementation consultant to lead the successful deployment of our enterprise resource planning system. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing ERP systems, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and business architecture development to vendor evaluation and system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document business requirements.
  • Develop detailed documentation of current business architecture and processes.
  • Prepare RFP packs that encompass all business requirements.
  • Evaluate ERP vendors and their products against specific business needs.
  • Deliver a detailed analysis and recommendation for the ERP solution that best aligns with our procurement, finance, and EAM requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant ERP systems experience.
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Certifications in project management and change management methodologies.
  • Expertise in evaluating, selecting, and implementing ERP systems encompassing procurement, finance, and EAM modules.
  • Strong foundation in change management principles and practices.
  • Direct experience in business process reengineering, particularly in the contexts of procurement, finance, and EAM.
  • Project management capabilities, specifically in ERP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of the latest ERP market trends, vendors, and products.
