About the Role
The Front Office & Client Support (FO&CS) is responsible overseeing the accurate and timely risk capture and post trade support of all transactions associated with the markets business, identifying and mitigating financial, reputational, regulatory and operational risk, developing strong relationships with the business and our clients and partnering with technology to fully leverage our systematic capabilities. The business has products distributed globally across multiple jurisdictions via internal / external networks and entities. The Global Markets Product asset classes consist of FX, Rates and Credit, Global Capital Markets, Commodities and Structured Products. These products are distributed across a range of clients and across various locations.

What will your day look like?
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Focus mainly on post trade lifecycle issue management and support (cancellations, amendments, options expiries, STP issues etc.) on behalf of the trading & Sales desk.
Developing internal controls for trade capture models, mitigating operational risks through a proactive approach. Documentation of procedures and controls across FO Support activities.
Supporting the growing markets business in Singapore and provide additional support to the global team and key stakeholders.
Reviewing current local & global markets processes, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
Ensuring controls and procedures are adhered to, and to keep abreast of regulatory changes and operational risks.
Ownership of issues and to be pro-active in identifying issues and solutions. Ensuring and that all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to fostering a strong collaborative culture and positive team dynamics consistent with the Bank' Values.
Provide support for Sales & Trader and Internal stakeholder for resolution.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Excellent working knowledge of different asset classes, (FX, Commodities, Rates & Credit as well as structured products).
Excellent knowledge of middle office processes and the Front Office trading system Murex. Knowledge of broker execution platforms will be advantageous.
Ability to be flexible in your daily work routine to cater to ad hoc investigations or reporting requirements. Able to work on an individual basis but also to work as part of a bigger global team.
Ability to influence people to deliver outcomes, build strong working relationships within and across business units.
Strong customer service ethic, subject to maintaining internal controls
