The Right Profile We are seeking a hands‑on VP, Product to lead our entire product & design organisation. Your mission is to architect the future of our multi‑product ecosystem, inspiring innovation and growing APAC’s largest digital wealth manager. You will be the strategic mind shaping the ‘what’, the ‘why’ and the ‘how’, empowering our teams to deliver a world‑class product experience for our customers. Location: Singapore with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities Architect the Ecosystem: Create a seamless and synergistic platform experience that delights users and drives deep engagement across our suite of products. Define the Product vision: Own and define the multi‑year product strategy and roadmap, directly shaping Syfe’s journey to market leadership. Drive Innovation: Look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities and bring original, game‑changing ideas to life. Lead & Inspire: Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and innovation. Scale Across APAC: Lead our expansion into existing markets of Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia, expertly navigating diverse regulatory, cultural and competitive landscapes. What We Need Experience in product management with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CPO/VP/Director/Head of Product). Direct experience within any B2C fintech industry is essential; experience in wealth/investment tech is a bonus. Experience reporting to and partnering directly with leadership teams to shape the business strategy. Been part of a successful growth journey of a fintech (Series C and beyond). Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
