Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a **FX Product Specialist - Execution Specialist for DDC & IAM (VP)**.

**General Description**

Work closely with Front Office to uncover new IAM FX business opportunities and support Independent Asset Managers on pricing and execution.

**Main Duties**
- Contribute to the team revenue target & Year on Year revenue growth.
- Accurate and prompt execution of FX & derivatives products in fast-moving markets.
- Ensure clear understanding of margining rule at product & portfolio level.
- Maintain excellent relationship with client & IAM to understand their needs and support
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with front office sales teams and market counterparties to obtain flow information and best execution
- Address and resolve dealing / product related queries and issues of both internal/external clients.
- Ensure high standards of service and stay risk conscious in execution.
- Continuously enhancing workflows to achieve the organization goals of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies as applicable.
- Adherence to BOS dealing procedures.

**Back-up function**for Capital Market's multi-assets:

- In event where cross-teams coverage is required carry out timely execution and advisory for multi-assets outside primary function (where Capital Market covers FX, Equity Cash, Bonds and Derivatives)

**Qualifications**

**Education Qualification**
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Preferably hold FMRP, CACS 1 & 2, Module 1B / RES2B and 6A / CM-SIP

**Competency Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fast and accurate dealing acumen
- Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while staying focused delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity and efficiency
- Strong understanding of FX and Derivatives including complex product
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and strong team-player.
- High professionalism and energy level, able to engage and build relationships with clients well.
- Self - driven, motivated and committed to service excellence.
