**Product Specialist - FX Execution**

**2pm to 11pm** for both internal and external clients. You will be part of the Global FX Execution team, providing a seamless SG/global FX execution.
- Contribute to FX team revenue target.
- Responsible for the SG/global pricing and execution of internal and external client driven FX cash and derivative trades
- Working as a team to provide support coverage for rest of locations.
- Coverage of night shift where needed, teammate on leave or data heavy night.
- Knowledge of front to back booking flows
- Address and resolve dealing / product related queries, including order status monitoring, prompt reporting of trades.
- Ensure high standards of service excellence and identify any additional client service needs and requirements.
- Contribute to FX execution business of tomorrow by reviewing Front to Back systems and processes to improve user experience, close risk gaps and bring about scalability in FX business.
- Provide platform support from business's perspective to drive bank's automation and digitalization journey.
- Continuously enhancing workflows to achieve the organization goals of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Minimize risks in processes by adherence to IAS dealing procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- FMRP, CACS 1 & 2, CMFAS 1B and 6A
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fast and accurate dealing acumen
- Familiar with different banks execution platform tool
- Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while staying focused delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity and efficiency.
- Have E-trading platform knowledge preferably gained in other established banks.
- Have knowledge of FX or other trading business
- Have knowledge and understanding of banking & regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and strong team-player.
- Ability to grasp details and identify process gaps to provide solutions.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders to manage and drive projects.
- Having simple coding knowledge is a plus.
