Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a **Product Specialist, FX Premium Desk**
- Execution services for DDCs,
- Professional institutional level execution and market updates for IAMs, and
- Trade ideas and market updates to premium clients.

**Primary function**
- Work closely with FX desk and Front Office to uncover new FX business opportunities, covering the time zone from 6pm to 3am (London shift)
- Contribute to the team revenue target & year on year revenue growth.
- Accurate and prompt execution of FX Cash & FX derivatives products in fast-moving markets.
- Ensure clear understanding of margining rule, at product & portfolio level.
- Understand the product related & market risk.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients & IAMs to understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Front Office and market counterparties to obtain information flow and best execution.
- Address and resolve dealing/product related queries and issues of both internal/external clients.
- Ensure high standards of service and stay risk conscious in execution.
- Continuously enhancing workflows to achieve the organization goals of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies as applicable.
- Adherence to BOS dealing procedures.

**Back-up function **for Capital Market's multi-assets:

- In event where cross-team coverage is required, to carry out timely execution and advisory services of multi-assets outside primary function (Capital Market covers FX, Equity Cash, Bonds and Derivatives).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Preferably hold FMRP, CACS 1 & 2, CACS 1 & 2, Module 1B/ RES 2B and 6A/ CM-SIP
- Fast and accurate dealing acumen
- Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while staying focused delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of FX and Derivatives including complex products
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and strong team-player
- High professionalism and energy level, able to engage and build relationships with clients well.
- Self - driven, motivated and committed to service excellence.
- Spoken Languages: English & ability to speak other languages / dialects will be an added advantage.
Fluent in Microsoft office; especially Excel. Python or VBA knowledge will be an advantage.
