**Team / division overview**

The Product Division is responsible for the whole lifecycle of products and solutions that DWS offers, from the inception of a product strategy through implementation and ongoing management. Key pillars within the Product Division include Product Strategy, Lifecycle & Analytics, Product Specialists & Development and Product Management.

**Role Details**

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Participate in client meetings, conferences, roadshows and workshops, as a technical expert on fixed income, especially Asian credit, in support of new business development
- Support all relevant product development initiatives and act as the key interface into our Investment & Client Coverage Divisions (ID and CCD)
- Support content creation for all Asian credit requests in the region and globally
- Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor analysis and proactively identify replacement opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new product concepts based on product strategy and ensure product design and structuring quality

We are looking for**:

- Have 2-3 years of relevant experience within the asset management, or related industries
- Have a strong interest in fixed income markets; some knowledge of derivative instruments and product structuring
- Self-motivated with the ambition and ability to drive the growth of DWS’s Asian credit business, particularly through wholesale and private bank distribution channels
- Personable, collegiate, and able to constructively engage with colleagues and clients across APAC, as well as Europe and the U.S.
