What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a proactive and highly-organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team Based in Singapore, this role will play a key part in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns across the APAC region. Reporting to the APAC PR and Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for a collaborative team player with a passion for brand building, creative storytelling, and the fast-evolving world of technology.

Key responsibilities include:
Local Marketing Support:
Work with the APAC PR & Marketing Manager to develop and execute local/regional marketing plans that are aligned with key business metrics.
Content Creation:
Develop valuable insights, reports, research and sales materials to empower client-facing teams and support business growth.
Branding:
Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event follow-up.
Marketing Automation Platforms:
Utilise CRM platform to manage email marketing campaigns, set-up event landing pages and forms.
Identify Opportunities:
Explore new ways to engage potential clients and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
Maintain and grow social media presence by producing engaging, region-specific posts and analysing performance to optimise engagement.
Operational Excellence:
Monitor budgets, maintain schedules and manage deadlines to ensure smooth and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
What Will I Bring?
A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
1-2 years relevant experience in a marketing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, adaptable and enthusiasm to learn.
