    • Swiftly gather and act promptly on customer feedback or complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Staff Management:

    • Coordinate with team members on monthly inventory stock counts for wine.
    • Foster effective communication with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and drive sales growth.
    • Promote the brand through local events, social media, and word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Financial Management:
