Executive Dining Director

As a key figure in our esteemed establishment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive personalized service, responding to inquiries and assisting with menu selections. Our guests appreciate the extra touch of kindness and understanding shown by team members like you.
  • Area Maintenance: Oversee the setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of Dining areas, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and train staff to meet exceptional customer service standards, setting an example for others to follow.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Coordination: Coordinate food service between kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Satisfaction Check: Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
  • Final Bill Presentation: Present an accurate final bill to guests and process payment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, supervising staff to meet high customer service standards, and coordinating food service between kitchen and dining staff.
