    • Conduct thorough briefings with the service and kitchen teams on reservations and customer dietary restrictions.
    • Oversee inventory levels and procure supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Create and manage detailed staff schedules for the service team.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure consistently high-quality standards in food presentation.
    • Swiftly gather and act promptly on customer feedback or complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Staff Management:
    • Hire and onboard new staff members, providing comprehensive training on customer service, upselling techniques, and food safety.
    • Coordinate with team members on monthly inventory stock counts for wine.
    • Foster effective communication with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and drive sales growth.
    • Promote the brand through local events, social media, and word-of-mouth referrals.
    • Update company social media platforms regularly to engage with customers and promote our offerings.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs to optimize profitability.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through targeted initiatives and strategies.
    • Generate reports on sales, labor costs, and inventory management to inform business decisions.
  • Operations:
    • Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance in the dining area.
    • Ensure accuracy in orders, billing, and payment processing to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Basic understanding and speaking skills in Mandarin.
    • Pleasing, mature, and cheerful personality.
    • Knowledge of wine and its applications in fine dining.
    • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to handle diverse customer needs.
    • O-Level or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in F&B, preferably in similar positions.
