Responsibilities Generate new business and manage existing customer relationships in the waste management industry Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through the development of strategic plans and effective communication with clients Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the waste management industry and its products and services Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads Qualifications Good sales experience for at least min 3 years Good interactions and negotiation skill and presentable looking Experience in waste management is an asset but not mandatory Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management sales or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Be careful – Don’t provide your
