Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Family Support Specialist to join our household team.

Job Description:

  • Manage the household staff, including nannies, drivers, domestic helpers, and gardeners.
  • Coordinate schedules, repairs, and maintenance for the household.
  • Supervise vendors and service providers, such as cleaning, catering, and contractors.

Administrative & Personal Support:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries for family members.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of family members, including emails, calls, and letters.
  • Organize personal and family events, such as birthdays, gatherings, and holidays.

Core HR Functions:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Hire domestic helpers, drivers, security personnel, and tutors.
    • Conduct interviews, background checks, and set up employment contracts.
  • Employee Records & Contracts:
    • Draft and maintain employment contracts for household staff.
    • E nsure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Keep accurate records of employee files, leave, and payroll details.
  • Payroll & Benefits:
    • Process monthly salaries for household staff.
    • Administer CPF, allowances, and medical insurance coverage (if applicable).
  • Performance & Training:
    • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
    • Organize training sessions, such as childcare first aid, cooking courses, and driving safety.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
