Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees
Work with line managers to identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level
Identify and create OJT checklist with skills and competencies identified
Create Mypulse blending learning course to track skills and competencies attainment
Identify and source courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges
Review and manage Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed
Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads
Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function)
Develop people manager development program based on learning needs
Support the development of People Manager Elearning course
Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation
Create course, program, audience, and campaigns to automate training assignments when required
Maintain and update course, program, audience, and campaigns to automate training assignments when required
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role or Project Management role
Diploma in Business, or a related field / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Good communication and project management skills
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees, and vendors
