Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
    • Act as a brand ambassador by educating customers about camel milk, answering product-related questions, and offering a holistic understanding of our offerings.
  • Sales
    • Achieve and exceed store sales targets through effective sales strategies.
    • Accurately process transactions and handle payments via cash, card, mobile, and online methods.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Wangyuan Camel Milk products, including their benefits and suitability for different customer segments.
  • Social Media Management
    • Create and post content to promote products, events, and promotions.
    • Engage with customers by responding to comments and reviews.
    • Assist in implementing store promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
    • Share customer feedback, emerging trends, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
    • Arrange product displays to be visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims
    • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with restocking.
  • Stock Count
    • Conduct monthly and annual stock counts, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Health & Safety Compliance
    • Authorized to stop work and report unsafe acts or conditions.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Policy Adherence
