Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our senior clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist seniors with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and transfers.
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control practices.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH REGULAR INTERACTIONS.
  • IDENTIFY AND MANAGE BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS AMONG SENIORS, ESCALATING ISSUES WHEN NECESSARY.
  • PLAN AND FACILITATE RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC PROGRAMMES FOR SENIORS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH DEMENTIA AND MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MINIMUM GCE 'N' LEVEL OR RELEVANT CERTIFICATE.
  • PREFERABLY HOLDS A CERTIFICATE IN HEALTHCARE SUPPORT, WSQ HOME CARE CERTIFICATION, OR A RELATED QUALIFICATION.
