Senior Care Support Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our senior clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist seniors with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and transfers.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control practices.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH REGULAR INTERACTIONS.
- IDENTIFY AND MANAGE BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS AMONG SENIORS, ESCALATING ISSUES WHEN NECESSARY.
- PLAN AND FACILITATE RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC PROGRAMMES FOR SENIORS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH DEMENTIA AND MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.
- MINIMUM GCE 'N' LEVEL OR RELEVANT CERTIFICATE.
- PREFERABLY HOLDS A CERTIFICATE IN HEALTHCARE SUPPORT, WSQ HOME CARE CERTIFICATION, OR A RELATED QUALIFICATION.
