Administrator (Project & Office Support)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Project Administrator
who will also take on
Office Administration
duties. In this dual role, the individual will provide essential support to project teams and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the office.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, budgets, and reports.
Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims to claims certification
Assist in the preparation of variation orders and other supporting documents for submission
Schedule, organize, and coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges to the management team
Take pictures of completed project and update project references
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, ensuring that all office equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management, providing support and directing inquiries as needed.
Handle office supply orders, monitor inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure that office spaces meet health and safety regulations.
Handle office area improvement projects
Education Qualification:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Knowledge of MS Office, Teams
Able to work independently
Able to start work immediately
