Description Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent human resources roles, with a financial background. Possess a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively. Proficient in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is a requirement as you are required to work closely with stakeholders in our China office.
