Direct message the job poster from The Barton Partnership | B Corp™ Overview Exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR director to lead the HR function for a private equity - backed data center company that is spinning off the procurement division to a NewCo. This new company will be headquartered in Singapore, providing mission-critical digital infrastructure to cloud and enterprise clients across Asia. They are seeking an experienced and hands on HR Director to lead the human capital agenda during a period of rapid expansion and transformation. This is a key leadership position responsible for building HR processes and operations, shaping organizational culture, and setting the company up for strong growth. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and execute the people strategy aligned with business and investment objectives. Build and scale the HR function, covering organization design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition across Singapore, China, and emerging Asian markets. Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks suitable for a PE-backed growth environment. Lead change management and integration initiatives as the company expands regionally or through M&A. Strengthen employee engagement, compliance, and culture across multi-country operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and the Board on strategic HR, talent, and organizational matters. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage businesses — ideally within infrastructure, data center, telecom, or technology sectors. Deep understanding of regional HR practices across Asia, with strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and compliance. Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations from scratch, driving culture change, and building leadership capability. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills; fluent in English (Mandarin advantageous).
