Position Overview The Food and Beverage Host is responsible for managing the restaurant reservations efficiently. The role strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service while building a strong repertoire of guests for the restaurant. The Role Food and Beverage Operations Managing reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed Responding to guest enquiries and requests Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests' experience Request guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager Ensure each guest is warmly welcomed Welcome guests by name and escort them to the designated seats Ensure each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database Support food & beverage service when required Talent Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in upscale restaurant or hotels.
