**Summary**

As an F&B Supervisor in a pre-opening hotel, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations of the hotel. You will be expected to supervise and train the F&B team to provide excellent customer service to guests, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations of the hotel
- Supervise and train the F&B team to provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the F&B operations
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- Ensure that the F&B outlets are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints and feedback
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and best practices
- Familiarity with F&B regulations and safety standards in Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B management systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
