Develop and implement processes and performance measures to ensure timely quality deliveries. Lead, co-ordinate and manage a team of executives and sub-contractors in execution of contractual facility management obligations to the Landlord. Provide technical support and attendance where necessary and act as an Authorised Person. Oversees the management of the Permit to Work systems, and health and safety management. Ensure all the site team and term contractors achieved the agreed service level and deliverables. All agreement and deliverables stated in this manual were complied with. Ensure that all members on site abide to the house rules where stipulated. Any other duties assigned for the deliverables under a Building Manager.
