Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR and Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise, search, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Handle administration and record-keeping documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Support daily administrative operations matters.
- Prepare weekly staff attendance reports for monthly payroll.
- Process work passes (WP, S Pass, EP).
- Manage leave and attendance records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the director.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and administration.
