Supporting Senior HR Administrator

This role involves providing administrative support to the Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in human resources or administration, along with knowledge of personnel files and digitalization processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the HR team in the digitalization of staff personnel files by scanning and converting physical documents into digital format, classifying and categorizing documents, uploading digital documents into the HR system, and providing support for daily administrative tasks.
- Provide data entry support for staff information, run reports, and arrange logistics for meetings and events.
- Minimum Diploma in any field is required.
