Identify and manage inactive files, including proper archiving and disposal in line with company policy. Reorganise physical personnel files to improve accessibility and retrieval efficiency. Assist in identifying and resolving documentation gaps, supporting internal audits and compliance initiatives. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with HR documentation and filing systems is a plus. Comfortable working independently and managing physical records.
