Salary Package: Up to $7,000

Employment Type: Contract

The position involves configuring, supporting, and maintaining our Technolutions Slate platform, which plays a critical role in the student admissions process. The successful candidate will ensure system stability, optimise data integrity, develop reports, and provide technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration and Management: Assist in maintaining and customising the Slate database, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for applicants and staff to ensure a seamless user experience. Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Support CRM and related technological systems as needed, including helping with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation after the initial Slate setup. Data Management: Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensure smooth integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS) and NTU
