Job Title: Enterprise CRM Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned CRM professional to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in assessing business needs, translating them into CRM system requirements, and providing strategic advice on best practices, workflows, and process improvements.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for leading the CRM system implementation, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
  • They will collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and provide ongoing support.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 application configuration, customization, and Power Platform component integration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' support experience in both D365 applications and Power Platform applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
