The position involves configuring, supporting, and maintaining our Technolutions Slate platform, which plays a critical role in the student admissions process. The successful candidate will ensure system stability, optimise data integrity, develop reports, and provide technical support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Management: Assist in maintaining and customising the Slate database, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for applicants and staff to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Support CRM and related technological systems as needed, including helping with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation after the initial Slate setup.
- Data Management: Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensure smooth integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS) and NTU payment gateway.
- Reporting and Analytics: Help develop queries, dashboards, and scheduled reports to provide insights for decision-making and monitor key performance metrics.
- Communications and Events: Assist in managing multi-channel communications, creating personalised templates, and coordinating event messaging and scheduling.
- User Support and Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, support user training, develop documentation, and troubleshoot technical issues—serving as the primary support contact with Technolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong willingness to learn, or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of Slate modules such as Applications, Reader, Deliver, Portals, Rules, and Querying (training will be provided if needed).
- Ability to manage data imports/exports, ensure data quality, and support system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, relational databases, or a keen interest in developing these skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
