Responsibilities
Attend to customers' order enquiries via calls and emails
Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients
Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery
Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly
Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
With 1 - 2 years of sales support, inside sales or order processing experience
Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be advantageous
