Position Overview
The Sales Support Administrator will report to their line manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
**Sales Support**
- Draft, review, and edit business proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
- Work closely with our Business Managers and Technical Teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Maintain and update document templates to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Generate detailed reports on key business metrics and sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
**Administrative Support**
- Handle office administration tasks, including document management and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting HR with onboarding and policy updates.
- Track employees leave and timesheet submissions to ensure smooth operations.
**Operational Support**
- Streamline workflows by automating processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Support the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a business administration or support role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and support business initiatives.
