Roles & Responsibilities Looking for experience personnel in catering sector. We are a newly established company with partners in reknown Thai restaurants, engaging us as their catering arm. Client & Sales Management: Consult with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, build relationships, and secure new business. Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of events, including menu design, budgeting, event schedules, and the transportation of food and equipment. Staff & Team Management: Supervise and motivate catering staff, conduct training, and ensure efficient task delegation for event execution. Operations & Execution: Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring high-quality standards, proper presentation, and timely delivery. Inventory & Resource Management: Manage catering inventory, ensure ingredient freshness, and maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and vehicles. Compliance & Quality Control: Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards, monitor team performance against service level agreements (SLAs), and resolve customer feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with clients and staff. Leadership & Management: Ability to manage teams, motivate staff, and lead under pressure to achieve event objectives. Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and staff simultaneously, along with good time management to meet deadlines. Business Acumen: Skills in budget management, financial reporting, and strategic planning for catering services. Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Physical Fitness: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks related to event setup and teardown. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean record may be required for delivery and on-site coordination.
