Senior Demand and Release Manager

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and product leads to gather and prioritize demand requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
- Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min.10 years) in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM.
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM, IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus.
