Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Release Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Release Manager to lead our demand and release management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL framework, release management best practices, and experience coordinating releases in complex ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive demand management processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
- Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during module updates and releases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 10 years) in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules.
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
