Business Development Manager, Asia Pacific Territory: Asia (with regular travel)We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Asia Pacific with proven RF solution sales experience to drive growth in our North and Central Asia markets and maintain the strong market position in Southeast Asia. This role requires a commercially astute, self‐motivated professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and navigating a growth sales initiative. You'll be based in Singapore (National resident), with regular travel across Asia to engage with key partners, customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the North and Central Asia region. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the RF technology sector, particularly in Public Safety, Transport, Mining, Telecommunications and/or industrial markets. Manage existing accounts while driving new partnerships and revenue streams. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and client need assessments. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored RF solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations. Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows and customer meetings. About you Minimum 5 years of BDM experience in RF technology, RF components or RF systems. Strong network and market knowledge in the Asia Pacific region, ideally in North and Central Asia. Fluency in an Asian language (Mandarin/Cantonese) is highly advantageous – almost a must haveDemonstrated success in complex B2B sales and strategic
