What the role is: The ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute is a leading research centre dedicated to the study of socio‐political, security and economic trends and developments in Southeast Asia and its wider geostrategic and economic development. Applications are invited for: Executive, Facilities Management (1‐Year Contract)What you will be working on: Responsibilities Responsible for day‐to‐day site operations and administration Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements for the buildings Oversee the soft and hard FM contractors/vendors Attendance to fault reports, inspection of buildings, procurement, supervision and certification of works Obtaining of quotations, cost estimations, schedules and recommendations of contractors/vendors Handle purchase orders, documentation, and asset management Following up on the preventive and corrective maintenance program Support in Event Management, Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and other projects Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, or HOD. Requirements Minimum NITEC in M&E Engineering or Building Services related fields with at least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management related services (or)Fresh Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Services related fields Possess good Building Management skills with good knowledge in M&E systems Good verbal and ability to communicate with various stakeholders Possession of the following relevant certifications would be an added advantage Fire safety Workplace safety & health Project management Green Mark Remuneration and benefits depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
