Job Description:
  • Assist Customer Relations Officer (CRO) in attending to residents' feedback and complaints.
  • Support arrangement and coordination of site inspections.
  • Draft and send basic replies or messages to residents under CRO guidance.
  • Maintain proper documentation/recording of defects (hardcopy and online submissions).
  • Coordinate with site team and subcontractors under CRO supervision.
  • Escalate complex issues to CRO promptly.
  • Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level or NITEC with at least 5 subjects passed.
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience (Construction/HDB experience is a plus).
  • Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage interactions with residents professionally.
  • 5.5 days / Alternate Full Safturdays.
