Job description for our Recruitment role: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute recruitment strategies through job portals, agencies and career fairs, including organizing hiring activities/events. Establish clear recruitment goals and timelines to meet turnaround targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company priorities. Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring managers; conduct reference checks for qualified candidates. Serve as the primary contact for recruitment and staffing agencies and coordinate with hiring teams, including providing interview training when required. Prepare weekly recruitment reports and maintain compliance with regulations. Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention. Others: Stay updated on market trends and changes in government regulations impacting recruitment activities. Provide guidance and recommendations for the development and updates of HR-related policies and procedures. Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing guidance and insights to employees at all levels. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry . Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently . Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, interview techniques, and candidate screening methods. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database management; SAP experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong time/project management abilities. Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
