Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team.
">Responsibilities:
- Process and respond to general and HR-related correspondence and enquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Administer HRIS programs, generate reports, and maintain accurate records, enhancing data integrity and compliance.
- Oversee administrative functions, including contract management, employee onboarding, and document preparation, ensuring seamless processes and efficient workflows.
- Assist in coordinating company events and new hire orientation programs, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Manage payroll processing using Info-Tech and perform receptionist duties as needed, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma with relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possessing excellent IT skills, enabling efficient task completion and innovative problem-solving.
- Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
