This Contract HR Assistant role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and maintaining records;
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews for the HR department;
  • Drafting correspondence and reports as required;

In addition to these core duties, the Contract HR Assistant will also provide recruitment and onboarding support, including assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or business administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
