Job Description:
Day to day general admin duties
Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel etc
Update stock & sales records and conduct stock takes
Issue PO, DO, Invoice etc
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
No prior working experience required
Must have an adequate science background and a willingness to learn
Energetic and self-motivated individual
Strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in both
English and Chinese
Able to work under minimal supervision
